Exterior

  • House numbers – Street numbers to be located on both sides of curb-side mailboxes. On properties without curb-side mailboxes the street numbers shall be placed on the house, or garage. Numbers shall be a minimum of three (3) inches high and be visible from the street.

Interior

  • Smoke alarm – Smoke detectors to be located in each bedroom, one in the hallway outside bedroom areas, and one on each habitable level of the house including basements.
  • Sump pump – Sump pump and condensate discharge pipes are not permitted to be connected to the municipal sewer system.
  • GFCIs – Ground fault interrupter devices to be located in every electrical receptacle located within six (6) feet of a plumbing basin.
