Open House Directionals

  • Open house signs shall be permitted on the subject property and shall not exceed the sign area permitted for primary real estate signs. Directional signs shall not exceed 3 square feet in area. Signs may not be erected more than 48 hours prior to the open house and must be removed not later than one hour following the event. No sign is permitted within the right of way of any public street, alley or way. Signs erected on private property must have the approval of the property owner.

For Sale/Sold Signs

  • One sign per street frontage, shall not exceed 6 sq. ft. in area, or 5 ft. high. Signs must be removed 3 days following settlement and may not be placed within right of way.
