  • House numbers -House numbers will need to be on curbside mailboxes, 4-by-2.5 inches in size and made of reflective material.
  • Pools – Pool requirements; Inground pools must be surrounded by a fence; Above ground pools must be gated.


  • Smoke alarm – Will require that smoke detectors are located on every floor and in every bedroom.
  • Sump pump – Sump pumps are not discharging into sanitary sewer systems.
  • Sprinkler System – Must be checked and in working order.
