  • House numbers – Located on home, both sides of mailbox in contrasting colors and be a minimum of 4″ in height.


  • Smoke alarm – Located on every floor, each sleeping area and are in proper working condition.
  • Sump pump – Not connected to the sanitary sewer line.
  • GFCIsProtected outlets for all above counter outlets in kitchen. All exterior, garage and unfinished basement outlets. Bathrooms must have at least one outlet and all bath outlets must be GFCI protected.
  • Blow down pipes on hot water heaters and boilers.


  • Resale Inspection and Certificate of Occupancy- $60.00
  • Sewer and/or Refuse Certificate- $5.00
  • Real Estate Tax Certificate- $5.00

Open House Directionals

  • Off premises signs are not permitted by the Township Code. Directional signs are prohibited. Any realty signs found in violation of these ordinances will be removed. These signs will be stored at the Township Building for five (5) days and can be picked up during this time, after which they will be discarded. (Per ordinance)

For Sale/Sold Signs

  • All resale signs must be erected on the property being offered for sale and are to be removed by the day of settlement. Directional signs are prohibited. (Per ordinance)
