Uniform Construction Code
Many local governments have adopted use and occupancy ordinances. Increasingly, code officials are citing non-permitted uses and or structures during their inspections. The following lists the enforcement policies as they relate to a residential resale inspection. Please see link below for more information regarding Pennsylvania’s statewide building code, the Uniform Construction Code (UCC).

If I understand correctly, Oridinance 3-1999 requires the landlord of new tenants renting in Willistown twp must be registered. I really would like this done at 17A Duffryn Avenue since there are new people moving in again and I don’t know if the owner has ever registered anyone there. This property has been a source of contention for many years now since the owner gets his renters from Craig’s list and most of them are young people who really don’t care about the neighborhood. I don’t want to prejudge but the track record hasn’t been good in the past. Please respond. Thank you
I apologize for this late response but I just saw this message. My notification preferences might have been off at the time of your message. I am a real estate agent, your question requires the advice of an attorney. I hope you have found a satisfactory resolution.
